As part of our hygiene and quality standards:

  • We do not offer refunds once the order is delivered.
  • Exchanges are accepted only in case of:
    • Size issues
    • Defective or incorrect item received

To request an exchange:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Once approved, the exchange will be processed within 3–7 working days, subject to availability.

Please note:

  • Minor differences in color due to lighting or photography are not considered defects.
  • Sale items and promotional offers are final sale and non-exchangeable.
